Body Design Client To Be At Book Festival This Weekend With Her Book - Look Who Is Coming

Did you know that Zuma Ayriyan, one of Body Design's clients, has written a children's book - Look Who Is Coming? It is a charming personalized book for children ages 8 months and up, where your child and the entire family can become actual participants of the story.

This Sunday, October 4th, she will be at the Book Festival. If you can, stop by to see her. Here is some more information straight from Zuma:

I must thank you for such beautiful emails you sent! it means a lot to us that you and your kids enjoy “Look Who Is Coming…”.

We are also very excited to announce that we are going to be participating at the Orange County Children’s Book Festival on Sunday, October 4th. Tell all of your friends, and make sure to bring your kids. At the festival there will be lots of activities for everyone: exhibits, entertainment, petting zoo, train rides, games, food and fun!

The Book Festival will be held on October 4, 2009, from 9:30am to 4:30 p.m.

Newport Beach Casey Cochran To Run the SB Marathon Barefoot For Shoes

I just read another blog http://tomediaco.blogspot.com/2009/09/barefoot-marathoner-casey-cochran-of.html about an interesting story that I thought you would like to know about.

Newport Beach resident Casey Cochran who is the founder of the Green Guide Network, will be running the Santa Barbara Marathon barefoot! Why would you put yourself in so much pain - for a good cause of course! He is raising money for kids who need shoes. We think it is such a great cause that we will post information about the charity, etc. when we know more.

My Latest Obsession - The Biggest Looser

I have the craziest obbsession as of late. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE NBC's The Biggest Looser. The transformations are amazing, inspiring and often jaw dropping. Can you really loose 30 pounds in 1 week?! WOW! And I think beautiful Alison Sweeney does an amazing job as host.
